My Fitness career started in 2010. My friend encouraged me to attend an hour of fun Latino-inspired dance class with the motto “Ditch the workout, join the party!” I was really inspired by the fresh approach of Zumba® and Latin Dance. I didn’t even know how to dance but after every class I felt amazing and happy. In 2011 I’ve decided to do my training and became fully certified Zumba® instructor which gave me opportunity to teach in Health clubs and gyms around London. I knew it it’s not enough for me and I continued my education. After another year of studying, I’ve achieved my Exercise to music Level 2 certification and Water-based instructing and started to teach Aqua classes. After all those years of teaching high-impact classes I’ve started attend Pilates classes which helped me a lot when I was injured or I suffered with back pain. I’ve realised how beneficial was for me to practice this method so I’ve completed my Pilates® training and became fully certified STOTT Pilates® Teacher. I’ve achieved Level 3 Diploma in teaching Pilates which I’m very proud of. It’s a real privilege to pass on what you’ve learn to others and see them develop that’s why I adapt my classes to the needs of my clients and l love to see the improvement in them, as they learn more about Pilates and their bodies. In meantime, I attend masterclasses and continuing education courses to be sure that I am up to date with the latest trends in the fitness and Pilates industry.
“…Jola very quickly noticed my bad posture (due to scoliosis ) and developed some exercise specifically designed to help with my posture and back pains. I highly recommend her Pilates classes…”
