Heidi Vandenbroek has been teaching fitness for over 10 years. It all began with group fitness teaching everything from indoor spin to zumba, and now teaching with us at IGO PHYSIO as our pre/post pilates instructor . Pilates begun with her need of keeping muscle tightness at bay not only from teaching numerous classes but to help with relief from her scoliosis. Pilates is now her high focus and offers daily classes for all levels men and women alike
As the years passed and word got out that she has specific designs for the prenatal and postnatal community her focused further developed and she is now the pioneer of prenatal pilates and early postnatal recovery in the Barnet area.
Heidi continues in yearly qualifications in women’s health focused on pelvic floor / pelvic derangement / scoliosis / diastasis / to now where she is moving more public with actual classes helping you become your own ambassador on healing your Postnatal tummy including the most up to date information so you can really benefit .
Heidi, realising there’s not much out there for new moms, is bringing the pre/postnatal community together to help guide them back to fitness safely
