A gentle none invasive treatment, aiding and increasing the movement of lymph through the body towards the lymph nodes and lymphatic ducts. A light circular upward pumping action is used on the skin and treatment can be localised to those areas where fluid retention is more prominent. Manual Lymphatic treatment is ideal for aiding and assisting the immune system in particular it is helpful when used in conjunction with detoxing.

Onsite Massage/Indian Head Massage

We now also provide the service of an onsite massage therapist for those local businesses who would like to incorporate this into their work practice. We can arrange for a therapist to visit your premises, offering 10-20 sessions in an onsite chair, or Indian head massage at the desk. Onsite massage is increasingly popular within the work place now as a way of supporting healthy working practices and raising health awareness.

Baby Massage

This 4 week course is aimed at babies from 6 weeks to crawling, it incorporates a range of simple massage techniques, songs, rhymes and facilitated group discussion to enhance, bonding, nurturing touch and communication skills between, mums, caregivers and their babies. The course is aimed and learning and interacting in a positive and enjoyable way and also bringing local mums together
