Golfers Elbow

Golfers elbow is a form of Tendonitis these are the end muscles that are attached to the bone. It is similar to Tennis Elbow but only affects the inside of the arm unlike Tennis Elbow which affects the outside of the arm. It is generally based near the elbow causing shooting pains throughout the forearm making it difficult to grip objects.

Golfers Elbow - your Symptoms may include:
  • Shooting pains when swinging a golf club or racket
  • Difficulty squeezing or pitching a ball
  • Turning a doorknob
  • Picking objects up with your palm down
  • Flexing your wrist towards your forearm
